Me – I’m a Voice and Text Coach. I teach vocal health awareness, public speaking and communication skills, actor and performer training for releasing the voice, accents & dialects.
I work with practical techniques that interrogate how we speak and how we might be able to communicate more openly and clearly. I work in conversation with my clients and students, through a range of exercises using the body, the mind and the voice. I work with people to grow in understanding what good communication is and in order to generate an ethos and atmosphere that fosters its growth.
I hold an MA in Voice Studies from Central School of Speech and Drama at University of London. My teaching is influenced by the work of Kristin Linklater, Cicely Berry and Barbara Houseman.
I’m also a seasoned Theatre & Music Events Project Manager & Producer. I currently manage and produce the work of Eat My Noise Productions. My freelance work has included projects with Dead Centre, Raymond Scannell, Broken Crow Theatre Company, Cork Opera House & Efterklang, The Abbey Theatre, The Performance Corporation, Making Strange Theatre, Louise White & Kate Nic Chonaonaigh, Priscilla Robinson, Siren Productions & Colin Dunne.
