ISDA 2013

Granary are delighted to be involved with this years Irish Student Drama Association.

Please note that all tickets for the ISDA event must be purchased at the premises an hour before the show.

Established in 1947, the Irish Student Drama Association has been involved in fostering much of Ireland’s young theatrical talent.

The Irish Student Drama Association Festival is a week long event hosted annually by third level institutions in Ireland. It involves students from colleges all over Ireland coming together to put on productions in front of a panel of judges from the Irish theatre scene. The festival also includes a fringe festival and daily events and workshops. At the end of the week there is an awards ceremony and celebration, where the best in each category is announced by the judges. This year’s ISDA Festival is being hosted by UCC Dramat in March 2013.

Granary have the pleasure of being the host for several pieces of theatre, all of which have won the right to represent their University in this festival. It promises to be a fun packed week with a varied display of classics and contemporary pieces alike.
