In Their Horror Unheeded

A new play by Darragh Mulcahy

The play follows a man who is visited by three strange “Figures” at night. Over the course of the play these “Figures” reveal to him many dark secrets about the world and about themselves as they tell him he has been chosen for something. We watch as this man’s sanity is pushed to its limits by the three people who visit him at night.

 

Written and Directed by Daragh Mulcahy

Darragh is a final year Drama & Theatre Studies student in UCC. His previous credits include playing Wilmore in last year’s DTS production of The Rover and directing two ISDA award-winning shows in two years, first All My Sons and then Little Gem.

 

Cast

Stefan Healy, a first year Drama & Theatre Studies student, plays the character of Father. He has no previous Dramat acting credits.

Dee Finn, a second year Drama & Theatre Studies student, plays the character of Mother. Her previous Dramat credits include An Triail and the short play Cards Alight.

Johnny Lindgren, a second year Drama & Theatre Studies student, plays the first Figure. His previous Dramat credits include The Overcoat and Butterfly Kiss.

Jack O’Brien, a third year Physics student, plays the second Figure. He has no previous Dramat acting credits.

Blathnaid Sweeney, a third year Drama & Theatre Studies student, plays the third Figure. She has no previous Dramat acting credits.
