And Then There Were None

Granary are delighted to welcome UCC Dramat’s performance of Agatha Christie’s masterpiece: “And Then There Were None”.

Ten people are invited to an island off the coast of Devon for a weekend. A record is played soon after their arrival, which accuses each of them in turn of committing murder. Shortly thereafter they begin to die off, one by one. As the number of casualties gradually increases, accusations fly, paranoia is rife and trust is but a distant memory, as they try to figure out who is responsible for this sick joke before they too fall victim to the sinister maniac’s twisted game…

Based on her most successful novel of the same name, this is her adaptation for stage. It is a tense murder mystery thriller with suspense in abundance. It centers around the theme of guilt and how each of the characters reacts differently to their own feelings of guilt.
