ARCADIA
Granary Theatre | 22nd - 26th January | 8pm | €7 / €5
There is something for everyone in Tom Stoppard's play. A cross section of academic and artistic themes, it takes in everything from Byron to the Second Law of Thermodynamics. At once thought provoking and gut-wrenchingly hilarious.
In the present day two researchers are looking into the events that occurred in a country mansion in 1809. However, all is not as it seems. While investigating a romantic tale of scandal and intrigue they fall into a far greater mystery concerning the universe and the secret to existence.
"I have never left a new play more convinced that I'd just witnessed a masterpiece." - Daily Telegraph
